*Coconut water. Macadamias, almonds, raw cacao nibs, dark chocolate goji berries. Kenya coffee.

Light skating. 1 hour.

*Vegetable chimichanga. Sweetened iced tea. Kenya coffee.

Heavy skating. 30 min.

*Natural Sierra Mist soda. Pecans, dark chocolate.

Heavy skating. 30 min.

Jiu-jitsu training, focused on X-guard (pictured). 2 hours.

*Peas, sweet potato, rice, cornbread. Sparkling mineral water with lime.
