For those that don't know, I'm pescetarian. Tender cuts of steak do better without much cooking, while pork is best fussed over with rubs, marinades and slow heat. As EVERYONE knows, pork is delicious. And biologically, pigs are very close to humans. The hearts and blood are even almost interchangeable. Privately I think the closer a beast comes to human flesh, the tastier it becomes. If taste were my only goal, I'd go cannibal.

What would your dream vacation be?
Probably Bora Bora. I like words that are doubled like that. Couscous, mahi mahi, teri teri... even bye-bye.
