Kenya coffee.

Light skating. 4 hours.

Mixed green salad. Green beans, sweet potato, fried okra, black eye peas and cornbread. Sweetened iced tea.
Cake with ice cream.

Columbian coffee with white sugar. Gatorade.


Jiu-jitsu training session, focused on the mount. 3 hours.

Watermelon.

Spinach and mushroom omelette. Pancakes with butter and syrup. Orange juice.
Columbian coffee.
