Outdoor jog and lunges. 30 min.
Smoothie of blueberries, strawberries, whey and almond butter.
Lime pepper shrimp on butter lettuce, tomato and parmesan. Sparkling mineral water.
Hang clean
Dumbell press
Dumbell tricep extension
30 min.
Veggie fajitas.
Ice cream.
