*Grilled vegetable quesadillo with guacomole and tomato (pictured). Chips and salsa. Sweetened iced tea.

*Raw milk. Dried peaches and blue berries, brazil nuts, almonds and raw cacao nibs.

*Cocoa granola. Sparkling mineral water.

Flexibility training session. 30 min.

*Raw milk with whey. Almond butter, figs and raw honey.
