Lat pulldowns
Dumbell overhead press
Barbell front raises
Weighted stability ball crunches
Straight-leg weighted single arm situps
1 hour.

*Vegetable fajitas, refried beans, rice, guacomole, chips and salsa. Sweetened iced tea.

*Kenya coffee with raw honey. Peanut butter cookie.
