Maybe a conjoined twin, or someone with such a powerful physical affliction as to give myself a new lease on life when I returned to my normal healthy body. A day in an amputee's shoes (or lack thereof) would be highly educational, and the relief upon waking up to find yourself whole again would be indescribable.
