Morning jiu-jitsu and conditioning training session (pictured). 2 hours.

*Gatorade.

*Vegetable chimichanga. Sweetened iced tea. Kenya coffee.

Evening Vale Tudo training session, focusing on wrestling. 2 hours.

*Stuffed portabello mushrooms. Corn. Pineapple rice pudding. Sparkling mineral water.
