*Kenya coffee with raw honey.

Morning conditioning and jiu-jitsu positional training (pictured). 2 hours.

*Whey and Gatorade.

*Spinach salad. Blackeye peas, corn on the cob and cornbread with butter. Sweetened iced tea. Kenya coffee.

*Peppermint tea with white sugar.

Barbell presses
Pullups
Barbell incline benchpress
Barbell rows
Dips
Barbell shrugs
30 min.

*Whey and Gatorade.

*Chocolate milk.
