Jiu-jitsu positional training, focusing on the sitting up guard (pictured). 1 hour.

*Vegetable fajitas. Sweetened iced tea.

*Greek yogurt. Kona blend coffee.

*Oranges. Sunflower seed and cashew mix. Sparkling mineral water.

*Raw milk.
